The Nadmotławie 10 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy a view of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with an LPG system. The apartment includes one parking space in the underground garage. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
